This is a storage box for my dissertation herwork and subsequent articles to follow.
The dissertation herwork is analysing the development of an online collaborative mapping tool called theirwork. The dissertation sets the work within a qualitative research and critical theory framework. To aid development of the dissertation, this is a read only Wiki. A PDF will be produced for examination but the wiki will be used for tutorial support as well as meeting and field notes, a link to visual records, thought processes - a general storage box.
The working title of the dissertation is Online qualitative research: Can you help to represent and distribute significant data about a place in a way that affects how a community look after it?
The purpose of theirwork is to develop a tool to inform decision-making that inspires, empowers and motivates people to deliver a better today and a sustainable tomorrow.
Theirwork is currently focused on the Loe Pool area of Cornwall. The project was intiated by Dominica Williamson.
